 INSTRUCTIONS FOR QUICK RECIPE:

  1. Make this recipe in the evening and store it overnight.

  2. Set aside 40 g of the oatmeal.

  3. Blend the rest of the ingredients before adding to the oatmeal.

  4. Take it out in the morning and enjoy your breakfast.

 EXTRA NOTE for HEALTH NUTS:

  • If you have time you could boil the cut-up fruit for a minute or so to deactivate the enzymes responsible for ripening. The fruit will oxidize less.

  • If you’re having several servings of dairy daily, of which no fermented servings, consider using an alternative drink based on nuts or soy (unsweetened).

  • Use cacao nibs instead of cacao powder due to contamination issues.

  • Chia seeds in this recipe don't have to be blended, but it is preferable.
