Special Peanut sauce
This wholesome delicious peanut goodness goes extremely well with a multitude of foods: raw vegetables, cooked vegetables, rice, noodles, pasta, potato, fries, etc.
Ingredients for 2 servings:

2 heaping tbs or 70 g of peanut butter

100 ml or almost ½ cup of water (for a thick sauce)

½ -1 clove of garlic
-
½ tsp of soy sauce
-
1 small date
Optional:

½ cm piece of ginger
-
½ tsp of vinegar
Instructions:
Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
Notes:
Use any kind of peanut butter, smooth, chunky, with chia or with flax seeds. Preferably without added oil and sugar.
If your sauce turns out too thin, don't worry.

Put it in a small pan and heat it on the stove.

Keep stirring until it reaches your desired thickness.

Serve with your favorite food and enjoy.

If you'd like to store it in the fridge, then keep in mind the sauce will thicken slightly more.
